Sayak Datta is a Partner at Roland Berger in South East Asia. He has worked extensively in the energy sector, across oil & gas, power utilities, mining, and industrials. He advises clients across South East Asia and Australia on topics such as operations improvement, growth strategy, energy transition/ ESG, and organization development. He also has vast experience in leading long-term transformation programs and conducting due diligences.

Sayak holds an MBA from INSEAD, Singapore/ France and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, USA.

Prior to Roland Berger, Sayak worked at multiple firms in management consulting in South East Asia and also in the oilfield services industry across the globe.
